Thanks all :)

I am actually a member of Photocafe Jean , but only post occasionally , as i believe in just posting images that i have taken or played about with that day :)(I dont use past images.)
Yayyy Saturday my gloves and Hat arrived and yep you guessed it the temp was about 7 degrees so didnt need them .
Did manage to get up Windmill Hill again in the morning (Just behind where i live but wasn't cold enough to wear the gloves and hat (but i wore them anyway ... cos i could ;))
The walk kills me for a day or two but have to keep my muscles working :)

Haha Chockers ...
there are so many people out there now taking fantastic images that i don't think that is an option . As a mainstay to get income in one would be forced to take wedding photo's and babies .. and i hate taking staged pictures of people .. so guess i will keep it as a hobby :) and one that i love .

TY Fiona :) but i wont turn this forum into too much of a photogallery , so will post only when i get a great image .

Benmaise , just persevere and try and take images in manual , play about , and perhaps join a website . My trick is that over the last 2 years i have had a lot of spare time, and as with digital there are no running costs , i can go out (when able) and take 100's of images at no cost :).
There are a lot of tutorials on composition and every aspect of photography online :)

Rich :)

hope you get out and enjoy today.

have to say i've just got in from a morning out and it was lovely to just pop a Cardi on with no jacket and feel some warmth in my bones.

keep posting Rich ... love the Thames, reminds me of my childhood in London.

Smile Wow Rich.

What stunning photos. I have only just looked at this topic so rather late praise. I am a keen birdwatcher so especially love the swans. What a talent. Please post more if you can.
